Hmm. Okay. So yes, there are definitely some Queen elements. But why does that make the band into a ripoff? Why can't it be seen as a tribute to what was once (and always will be) a fantastic rock band by what is a fantastic rock band? A recognition of past brilliance. An ode. An homage.
And for all of you who think MUSE is only popular in the States because of Twilight, you're way off the mark. They were growing in popularity well before the book and movie hit. Thanks for playing.

I. Hear. The. Similarities. What part of that don't you understand? Most of us hear them, those of us who know Queen as well as MUSE, anyway. But we also know that MUSE has long since listed Queen as an influence, so we're not all butt hurt about it. Why aren't you spending your energy on more worthwhile efforts? Or, if you must do something related to Queen, comment on the fact that the band keeps shuffling in "new" frontmen meant to fill Freddie's shoes. Doesn't that make you angry? It should.
